- Door opening at 8.30 a.m. for both Saturday and Sunday.
- Please be seated by 8.45 a.m.
- Bring your physical tickets to the event in exchange for a wristband.
- The wristband serves as an entry pass to the event venue.
- Attendees without the assigned wristbands will be denied entry.
- Turn cell phones to silent mode.
- Strictly no video or audio taping.
- Consumption of food and drink is strictly prohibited in the event hall & public foyer areas.
- No live translation services are available for the event. However, the speakers’ slides will be bilingual, in both English and Chinese.
- Tickets will not be replaced under any circumstance, including but not limited to: tickets lost, damaged, or stolen.
