Secure your seat with your team
The team seating program will be implemented for team members who wish to secure their seat during the event (Nov 2-3).
The program is voluntary, and seats will be allocated by an in-person ballot draw in the Market Malaysia Training Room (Level 7).
Through this program, we hope that participants will be seated in an orderly manner to avoid seat saving and rushing into the venue.
Each team's number of participants should be at least 50; there is no maximum group size.
Teams with fewer than 50 participants who wish to join this program are encouraged to combine their applications with other teams to meet the minimum requirement.
Each team should assign a member as the team leader to submit the team seating application and provide valid ticket numbers of all team members for arrangement. Should there be any duplicate ticket numbers, the duplicated numbers will be voided.
Please download and fill out the application form and submit the form in Excel format to GMTSS@marketmalaysia.my on or before Wednesday, 2 October at 11:59 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.
A confirmation email will be sent to applicants on Thursday, 10 October with the total of seats requested. The team leader should reply to the email for their confirmation to attend the ballot session no later than Sunday, 12 October.
The in-person ballot session will be conducted on Wednesday, 16 October at 3:00 p.m., at the Market Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Training Room (Level 7). If a team leader cannot make it to the ballot session, the team leader can assign a representative to attend. Team leaders must email GMTSS@marketmalaysia.my before the ballot session if they have assigned a representative no later than Sunday, 12 October.
For the ballot session, it is necessary and required to be punctual. If any team leader or representative attending the ballot session arrives later than 3:05 p.m., they will not be allowed to draw a number. Market Malaysia will assign their seats at the end of the ballot session.
If there is any team leader or representative absent the ballot session, Market Malaysia will assign their seat at the end of the ballot session.
Program participants should agree to be seated in their assigned seats by 8:30 a.m. each day during the conference. Any vacant seats will be filled after 8:30 a.m., and program participants who fail to attend on time will lose the privilege of their reserved seats for the entire day.
Meal Arrangements
It is important to prepare yourself and your team, to ensure smooth and enjoyable moments in this special event. We suggest that you preorder your lunch with our appointed caterer by filling in the meal arrangement form and WhatsApp it to +6016 250 3359 together with the transaction slip by 22nd October at the latest. (please refer to the meal arrangement form for menu details).
Rules and Regulations:
1. Minimum order of 10 packs. We encourage you to combine the orders from others if you have less than 10 packs.
2. If you consume pack food ordered from the appointed caterer, please maintain good hygiene and cleanliness
by disposing of your trash accordingly.
3. Foyer area is for collection and reserved only for prepack food who ordered directly
from SCCC.
4. Food ordered from the appointed caterer allowed to be consumed inside the training hall.
5. For all prepack food, please collect your lunch from 12:30pm onwards for 2 event days.
6. Any outside food & beverage brought into SCCC for sale and consumption is STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
