Team Seating Arrangements
Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, 27 March.
The team seating program will be implemented for the Southeast Asia Convention 2025 for team members who wish to sit together during the event. The program is voluntary, and seats will be allocated by an Online ballot session via Zoom.

Through this program, we hope that participants will be seated in an orderly manner, avoiding seat-saving and rushing into the venue.
Meals Arrangement
We suggest that you preorder your lunch with venue-appointed caterer by filling out the meal arrangement form and send it via WhatsApp to +6016 724 4391 by 15 April at the latest. A minimum number of 10 people is required (please refer to the meal arrangement form for menu details).
Rules and Regulations:
1. If you consume packed food in the building, please maintain good hygiene and cleanliness
by disposing your trash properly.
2. The Foyer area is designated for collection and reserved only for prepacked food ordered directly from SCCC.
3. For all prepacked food, please collect your lunch from 12:30pm onwards on both event days.
4. Any outside food & beverage brought into SCCC for sale and consumption are STRICTLY
PROHIBITED.
